Delivery Attempt Policy

If no one is available to receive your package, our carrier will make up to 3 delivery attempts. After the final attempt, packages will be held at the local facility for 5 business days before being returned to us.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Address changes are only possible if your order hasn't been processed yet. Please contact our customer service team immediately at [email protected] or +1-212-555-0147. Once shipped, address changes cannot be made through us and must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

All our shipments are fully insured. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll immediately start a claim process and either reship your order or provide a full refund.

Do you offer Saturday or Sunday delivery?

Weekend delivery is available for Next Day and Express shipping options for an additional fee. This service is currently only available in major metropolitan areas within the United States. International weekend delivery is not available.

Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?

Yes, you can ship to any address different from your billing address. For security purposes, orders over $500 shipping to different addresses may require additional verification before processing.

What are the customs fees for international orders?

Customs duties and taxes vary by country and are determined by your local customs office based on the declared value of your order. These fees are separate from shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer. Contact your local customs office for specific rates.

Can I request a specific delivery date?

While we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, you can request preferred delivery dates in the order notes. We'll do our best to accommodate your request. For time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend choosing Express or Next Day shipping options.
